PRESSURE POINT

Project Information
Platform: Web browser (Unity WebGL), desktop
Genre: Casual physics puzzle
Rating: E+
Target Market: Ages 8–14; casual players who enjoy experimenting, figuring out how things work, and solving puzzles in their own way

Game Overview
You’re a small test subject trapped in a puzzle facility where every door is locked by a pressure plate. Crates of different weights are scattered around each room. Push them, stand on things, and watch how the world reacts. Plates glow red, yellow or green and play a sound as weight is added, so you always know how close you are.

Figure out how much weight each plate needs and which crates can hold it down, open the gates, and reach the EXIT. There’s more than one way to solve the puzzle, so experiment! If you get stuck, restart instantly and try a new idea. There’s no penalty for mistakes.

Instructions

Requirements:

  • A desktop or laptop computer with a keyboard and mouse
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox recommended)
  • Mobile devices and touchscreens are not supported

How to launch:

  • No download needed. Click “Run game” on this page, then click PLAY on the main menu.
  • Use the fullscreen button in the bottom-right corner of the game window for the best view.

Controls:

  • W A S D: Move
  • Mouse: Look around (move the cursor toward the edge of the screen to see farther in that direction)
  • Walk into crates to push them
  • R: Restart the level

Other things to know:

  • The number on each crate is its weight. The label next to each plate shows the current weight and the weight it needs (for example, 1 / 2).
  • Red means no weight, yellow means some weight but not enough, and green means pressed.
  • A gate only stays open while its plates are pressed.
  • Sound starts after your first click, since browsers block audio until then.
  • One level, about 30–60 seconds of play.
